• Develop and operationalize a lean framework for customer solutions. • Responsible for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control. • Manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise. • Lead efforts aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost strategies. • Partner with cross functional business leaders for cost effective solutions. • Promote Lean concepts and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience). • Experience in Operations or project management in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain environments. • Trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills.
