• Drive development and implementation of transformation projects. • Responsible for organizational change management to maximize employee adoption. • Lead overall OCM across business and manufacturing efforts. • Organize governance structures in support of transformation objectives. • Manage communications and stakeholder engagement plans. • Coordinate training development and execution. • Drive continuous improvement by establishing metrics to measure effectiveness of change. • Manage operational reporting to senior leadership. • Responsible for project operations and programs support.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen • Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management • Operations management experience implementing large cross functional change • Experience with implementing lean/flight deck principles • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
