• Responsible for outstanding management of each account, providing a real Strategic Partnership by delivering solutions to the customers and structuring the Account Plan with deeply understanding of each account assigned and translate it clearly to the organization. • Aiming to connect customer´s objective with GEHC strategy, for short, medium and long terms. • Act and be the main owner of assigned accounts Acct plan. • Develop strategic relationship with different levels of customer´s organization. • Map customer stakeholders (CXO, Clinical, OR, Services, sourcing...) and crossover internal stakeholders. • Maintain strategic agenda with C level of customers organization. • Understand deeply customers key drivers and objectives. • Ensure franchise financial deliverables. • Monitor investor report, connect proactive customer needs to potential GEHC's deliverables. • Map competition movements on these accounts and report internally to drive business discussion and actions as needed. • Develop recurrent mechanism with customer (franchise view...). • Articulate internally customer needs and be transparent to customer of GE´s real capabilities and deliverables. • Work in partnership and influence internal teams to synchronize delivery of customer requirements deliverables. • Responsible for fleet management, providing analysis of install base, lifecycle, equipment performance, analysis failures x competition and suggestion of improvement plans. • Influences and pro-actively works in partnership with Services leadership to drive actions and solutions to customers. • Manages recurrent clinical agendas with main stakeholders. • Manages & keep track of customer metrics and raise actions as needed. • Report engagement of available tools to customer. • Past due accountability (collections escalation support with franchise view).
• Bachelor’s degree • Previous Experience in Healthcare Market • Experience in Commercial and Sales roles (more than 5 years) • Strong Interpersonal skills (influencing teams and peers) • Proactive in identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities • Ability to measure impact and demonstrate ROI to the client, as well as interpret success metrics • Oriented towards long term strategy • Strong communication skills • Highly organized and ability to prioritize • English fluent • Capability to work in an innovative and challenging scenario. • Ability to design, lead and deliver new business models (connected to clients’ needs and GE´s strategy) driving profitable growth • Adaptability and capacity to navigate well through changes • Customer oriented profile • Lean mindset
