📋 Description

• Implementation specialists use their technical knowledge to install, monitor, and customize clients' systems for patient care infrastructure portfolio after an initial purchase of hardware or software. • Collaborate and partner with Project Manager and Field Engineer to test, validate and preconfigure devices prior to arrival onsite. • Customize clients' solution after an initial purchase of hardware or software. • Function as co-lead; develop and maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with project managers and field engineers. • Mentoring and coaching local FE with accelerated learning thru the Install Cart program. • Responsible for maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. • Provide instruction to personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair. • Support process improvement and lean initiatives to improve and grow install cart program. • Expected travel minimum 20%.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR participant in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment or networking solutions. • Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products. • Must comply with GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test. • Must comply with all customer access policies, including obtaining proof of required immunizations, and additional drug tests or background checks (including a federal government background check if assigned to support a federal government contract). • 4+ years of experience in installing and configuring network equipment. • 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience. • Demonstrated experience implementing disaster recovery procedures. • Current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices. • 5+ years of experience in IT. • Certified in CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCWA.
