โ€ข Responsible for 9 Direct Reports in the West Region of the US (states include TX, NM, AZ, CA, NV, UT, CO, WY, ID, MT, OR, WA, AK, HI) โ€ข Accountable to achieve the quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for the Region (orders, sales, contribution margin, base costs, operating margin and cash where applicable), together with customer satisfaction and retention โ€ข Responsible to set appropriate Operating Plan targets based on the market potential, for the members of your team. Provide business overviews to leadership to assess progress to goals. โ€ข Understand the dynamic Molecular Imaging space and be a trusted advisor to help customers navigate the radiopharmaceutical imaging marketplace โ€ข Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities for your region. โ€ข Develop and execute go-to-market strategy in conjunction with cross-functional team in order to cover the prioritized potential within the geography. โ€ข Manage relationships with key customers and accounts that require executive level communication. โ€ข Lead strategy, actively participate in, and help close large or critically strategic opportunities. โ€ข Provide Voice of Customers and identify opportunities of continuous improvement. โ€ข Drive collaboration, community, and one GEHC mindset with counterparts and their sales teams to create a positive customer experience and support growth across GEHC portfolio.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข At least 10 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation โ€ข At least 2 years of prior sales management experience โ€ข Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college โ€ข Willingness to travel 20-50% of time to customer meetings and to coach sales teams.
