Description

• Lead the in-house Design and Copy team for StreetEasy. • Own the voice, look, and feel of StreetEasy. • Partner with Marketing and Design leaders to leverage brand strategy. • Lead annual StreetEasy brand campaign alongside an agency. • Create actionable creative strategies across various channels. • Champion StreetEasy’s brand and visual identity. • Inspire and mentor a tight-knit team of designers and copywriters.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in brand creative roles across B2C and B2B audiences. • 5+ years of management experience with a passion for team growth. • Strong understanding of art direction, graphic design, user experience, and digital marketing. • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Experience with Figma, Taxi, WordPress or similar editing/CMS. • Familiarity with Jira or similar task management tools preferred. • Agency experience and/or significant in-house experience with a well-known brand.
