β’ The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in driving high-quality pipeline growth through a blend of inbound and outbound efforts. β’ Build strong rapport with prospects by sharing valuable resources (e.g., webinars, white papers). β’ Qualify leads using frameworks like MEDDIC, assessing fit based on business needs and priorities. β’ Execute highly personalized, multi-channel outreach strategies (e.g., email, cold calling, LinkedIn). β’ Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, delivering an excellent first impression and converting them into qualified opportunities. β’ Partner on account planning to identify high-potential opportunities. β’ Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and lead management platforms.
β’ Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, or a related role (B2B experience preferred) β’ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills β’ Proactive problem-solver with a curious and customer-focused mindset β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment β’ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), lead management platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and collaboration tools β’ Strong organizational and time management skills β’ Fluent in French (preferred) β’ Experience with advanced prospecting tools (e.g., 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) β’ Familiarity with qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDD PICC (preferred) β’ Social selling and video prospecting experience (preferred)
