📋 Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of human resource functions at Geneva • Lead the development and implementation of key employee-related initiatives, including talent acquisition and management, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and engagement • Create strategies to drive business alignment and success • Assess current state of people operations and understand gaps between current and desired future state • Provide a roadmap for achieving world-class people operations • Develop integrated employee engagement communications • Build a great employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field, with professional certifications strongly preferred • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in non-profit, medical research, or federal government contracting industry • Demonstrated leadership experience in human resources, including expertise in key areas such as compensation, benefits, workforce development, succession planning and change management • Demonstrated strategic planning, implementation and evaluation expertise is essential • Proficiency with Workday strongly preferred • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication • Ability to execute the vision of the organization in response to changing conditions • Ability to provide strong leadership, innovative thinking, creative planning, and effective motivation of employees • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and available to interact with employees, clients, and sponsors of all levels • Ability to exercise independent judgment in fast-paced, high-pressured environment with strict deadlines and to manage multiple projects • Be a consensus builder and persuasive leader with a strong commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing
