• Develop and execute a foundational growth strategy in alignment with ClearPoint Health's mission and values. • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, spearheading business development initiatives to expand our solutions across Houston and southern Texas. • Cultivate robust relationships with consultant partners through strategic identification and comprehensive development initiatives. • Execute sophisticated sales methodologies encompassing the entire sales lifecycle, navigating from lead generation through successful closures. • Drive innovation in product development, ensuring our business stays ahead of industry trends and meets evolving client needs. • Collaborate seamlessly within the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across all verticals. • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance positioning and brand awareness, bringing your ideas to light and working in tandem to convert to sales.

Requirements

• Proven sales success in a growth-focused role within the self-funded/stop-loss/captive insurance space is a must have. • At least five years of proven experience. • Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into actionable and accountable plans. • Strong business development and client relationship management skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a constant eye for opportunities in innovation and disruption. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Collaborative leadership style with a passion for building high-performance teams. • Licensed to sell insurance. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
