Description

• Getlabs is the leading platform for at-home diagnostics. • Healthcare organizations use Getlabs to send mobile phlebotomists to patients’ homes and collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. • Getlabs’ mission is to save lives by expanding access to diagnostics for everyone. • The HR Generalist will be a key business partner and will support and innovate on day-to-day HR operations. • Above all, we are seeking candidates who are self-starters, resourceful, organized, proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, communicative, friendly, approachable, and have a flexible “growth” mindset.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Human Resources role • A proven track record of being solution oriented and a self starter • Experience at an early stage or high growth startup (required) • Phenomenal people skills and experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing employees • Experience with Paylocity (or other relatable HR systems), Checkr and Lever preferred
