We’re a company founded on people-first culture, fueled by our mission to lead the global shift toward electrification. • We are looking to fill the role of Manager, Trade Channel Sales with our Commercial - Strategic Partnerships, remotely in Canada or the United States! • The Trade Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for growing Mysa sales through partnerships with distributors and contractors across North America. • Primarily, this role will grow business with existing accounts with a heavy focus on the HVAC channel. • There will be opportunities for business development in new channels with new partners along the way as well.

Requirements

• Experience with two-step distribution, preferably within the HVAC channel. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to understand customers’ business needs and provide solutions. • You’re a highly motivated self-starter that can prioritize projects and deliver results. • You have a very strong bias for action and work with a sense of urgency. • Travel requirements for this role will flex and may be as high as 75% of the time. Candidates should live near a large airport for ease of travel. • Experience with controls and existing relationships in the HVAC business are highly desired. • Successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree is an asset.
