Description

β€’ Business partner to Customer Success leadership at Nerdio β€’ Drives forecasting process and deal diligence in consistent and timely manner β€’ Manages the opportunity pipeline for the global CS organization, ensuring accuracy and quality β€’ Delivers scorecard metrics including measures against total funnel, customer health metrics, and expansion analyses on areas for potential growth β€’ Owns the annual planning process as it relates to target setting and resource allocation β€’ GTM modeling (KPIs, customer segmentation, coverage model, resource coordination, mobilization, comp plan design) β€’ "SWOT" analysis for specific problems/challenges β€’ Supports important GTM priorities and strategy as necessary β€’ Defines scope and builds work-plans, performs analyses, synthesizes findings, packages and communicates recommendations

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years experience in customer success operations or sales/revenue operations roles β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ Highly efficient in excel and PPT, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus β€’ Experience implementing, using, and navigating a CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot) β€’ Gainsight experience a plus β€’ Any experience with coding is a plus (SQL, Python, etc.) β€’ Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously β€’ Comfortable presenting to the senior leadership and executive level β€’ Team player β€’ A true problem solver that's flexible and can execute independently
