β’ 3+ years experience in customer success operations or sales/revenue operations roles β’ Bachelor's degree β’ Highly efficient in excel and PPT, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus β’ Experience implementing, using, and navigating a CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot) β’ Gainsight experience a plus β’ Any experience with coding is a plus (SQL, Python, etc.) β’ Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously β’ Comfortable presenting to the senior leadership and executive level β’ Team player β’ A true problem solver that's flexible and can execute independently
