Description

• Responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships in Pharma • Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics for client insights • Partner with Sales to support business development and account growth • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions • Manage implementation processes and ensure timely delivery • Work with agency partners for Regulatory review submissions • Create visual program examples using enterprise CMS tool • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management • Strong written/verbal communication and excellent relationship management skills • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC) • Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition • Willingness to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways • A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana
