β€’ Account Manager for Dealer Spike's Customer Success department β€’ Develop professional relationships and increase revenue with clients β€’ Guide clients in enhancing their dealership's online presence and digital marketing solutions β€’ Customer relationship maintenance, building value, retaining customers, and selling additional services β€’ Comfortable using different tools and interpreting statistical data for beneficial suggestions β€’ Grow book of business through selling additional services β€’ Manage accounts focusing on revenue growth, retention, and customer service β€’ Assess and monitor website and services, provide proactive solutions to increase traffic and leads β€’ Handle incoming customer requests and ensure resolution β€’ Identify retention risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of Customer Service experience β€’ 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success. β€’ 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred. β€’ Experience working with a CRM preferred β€’ Excellent Time management and Organizational skills β€’ Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills β€’ Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude β€’ Ability to multitask efficiently. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps β€’ Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
