Description

• Skimmer is modernizing the pool and spa service and repair industry. • Looking for a Director of Growth to attain revenue targets and optimize GTM motion. • Collaborate with various teams to define and optimize product experience. • Use analytics to identify and resolve bottlenecks in user journey. • Implement strategies to drive growth and enhance customer retention.

Requirements

• Relevant chops: Strong experience with PLG strategies, including freemium models, free trials, self-service onboarding, and in-product user activation. • Track record that speaks for you: Proven record of leveraging product features to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion. • Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, including ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and retention. • Emotional intelligence: Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. • Customer empathy: Exceptional understanding of customer behavior, user experience, and the nuances of scaling a product-led business. Experience with customer journey mapping and user experience design for PLG. • Data skills: Expertise in data-driven decision-making, using product analytics tools
