• Identify and attract qualified candidates for staffing needs. • Leverage various sourcing strategies and tools. • Proactively research, screen, and engage candidates. • Manage candidate databases and ensure accuracy. • Schedule interviews and assist in the recruiting process. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role within the staffing industry. • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment software. • Strong knowledge of candidate screening and assessment methods. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates. • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and accuracy in candidate evaluation. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve recruitment goals. • Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to staffing and recruitment practices.
