Description
• Manages all product registrations and compliance in the Home and Garden consumer product industry • Works closely with State Department of Agriculture contacts • Responsible for the registration, renewal, tonnage reporting, and ongoing compliance of Sunday’s portfolio of products nationwide • Expected to work autonomously, providing expertise to product development teams • Manages the full scope of Sunday product regulatory compliance • Supports new product development for product label content and label claims • Assists in research and analysis of new product formulation inputs for registration acceptance • Manages all aspects of the registration process including registrations, renewals, tonnage, mill assessments • Tracks label versions at state level • Communicates registration status updates
Requirements
• 6-8 years of experience minimum • BA or BS degree preferred
