Description

• Senior Client Success Manager leads client engagement to improve patient experience • Central point of contact for designated clients • Manage Client Service Managers for driving product utilization • Facilitate client education on Patient Engagement strategies • Collaborate with internal teams for Go-Live planning • Conduct gap analysis and performance improvements • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a Client Success Manager • Previous supervisory experience a strong plus • Experience with healthcare quality metrics (HCAHPS, SHEP, SAIL) • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, or business • Experience in a hospital environment • Leading training with clinical staff • Must meet client specific requirements (immunizations, screening) • Willingness for federal background check and drug testing • Travel approximately 50% of the time
