🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field • Minimum 12 years of experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations roles, with at least 3-5 years in managerial capacity • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and sales compensation plans • Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with software tools like Exactly and ERP accounting systems • Familiarity with commission tracking systems and audit processes
