β€’ Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for OpenShift. β€’ Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts, including CIOs, CTOs, architects, and developers. β€’ Lead cloud and container conversations: Educate customers on the benefits of OpenShift and cloud-native technologies. β€’ Position OpenShift as the ideal platform for their cloud-native journey. β€’ Develop and execute account plans: Work with your teams to create and implement strategic account plans to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and other various internal stakeholders to support customer engagements and drive successful deals to closure. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends: Maintain a deep and razor-sharp understanding of the latest cloud computing, containerization, and Kubernetes technologies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in a technical solutions sales role β€’ Successful track record in complex solution selling in a technical capacity, specifically around cloud, containers, and cloud management solutions. β€’ Passion for open source technology, and a matching "open" mindset β€’ Proven ability to work seamlessly with global, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers β€’ Balance of strategic, tactical, and technical, as well as creative thinking skills. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
