• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering training in disease, therapy, and account management skills. • Designs and recommends training programs for field personnel. • Develops Commercial training criteria through internal teams and external vendors. • Maintains subject matter expertise aligned with Kite’s portfolio. • Coordinates with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical for PRC review and approval of training materials. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement training. • Manages vendors and project management functions for training content. • Coordinates initial training for new Commercial hires. • Supports designing and developing training offerings for National and Launch Meetings. • Assesses current training offerings for improvement opportunities.
• Doctorate and 2+ years of experience OR Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience OR Associate degree and 12+ years of experience OR High School Diploma / GED degree and 14+ years of experience. • Preferred: 2+ years of Oncology or CAR-T experience. • Commercial sales training experience. • Management experience. • High level of initiative and desire to work in a dynamic, exciting work environment. • Deep skills in curricula and content design and development. • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally in a solutions-oriented manner. • Excellent planner with the ability to formulate, develop, and execute training strategy. • Excellent commercial training skills and thorough knowledge and/or expertise in selling skills, core business skills, specialized skills. • Knowledge of clinical, product, compliance, work rules, and sales force automation. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets. • Expertise with technology platforms and programs (e.g. iPAD, LMS, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Professional).
