•GitLab is searching for an enthusiastic Senior Recruiter to support our Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector, Renewals, and Partner Sales teams in North America. •We are an ambitious, productive team that embraces a set of shared values in everything we do. Requirements

•Experience recruiting intermediate and senior-level Sales roles, preferably in a global capacity, while building a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels •Experience working in a fast-paced, SAAS environment recruiting top Sales talent (especially passive). Experience hiring for Public Sector Sales teams is a bonus. •Focused on delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience with a strong sense of urgency •Adaptability and high learning agility with an openness to new tools and technologies •Strong contributor to a collaborative team environment, rooted in GitLab values •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
