Description

• As an Account Manager, your responsibilities are: • Drive revenue growth with our existing customers, through product and industry expertise • Be a key contact for existing customers to ensure the customer’s ongoing customer satisfaction and retention of their business. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand customer’s needs to identify up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities and ensure contract renewals. • Have a significant role in Spare's long-term growth and success! • Our Spare headquarters is located in Vancouver, BC, but this position is open to remote work options within Canada and USA. • The salary provided is the OTE salary in CAD (base + commission) - the numbers will be adjusted for USD if you're in the USA. Commissions are uncapped.

Requirements

• Experience working in the Public Transit industry as a Salesperson, Business Development Representative, Implementation Manager or Customer Success • Experience with consultative sales for government agencies in Canada and/or USA • Passion for and interest in Urban Planning and/or Transit • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills) • Availability to travel frequently within Canada and the USA (3 to 4 times/month) • Academic background in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Sociology, Sustainability, etc
