• Responsible for providing service & developing sales within Fort McMurray, AB area • Drive new sales from existing customers • Gain new customers in line with regional strategy and sector growth plans • Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and install support as needed • Develop Distributor relations at assigned Warewash/Laundry accounts • Implement the sales funnel in the OnDemand system • Manage territory expense budget • Execute support plan for global and national accounts within sales territory as needed • Deliver financial performance for sales territory • Develop margin improvement plans for their territory • Provide input to the innovation development funnel • Provide forecast input to District Manager for assigned distributors and accounts • Engage and train key customer teams within their territory • Assist sectors on national program rollouts • Launch new products and promotions to assigned end-user accounts • End-user sales call with sector teams • Other duties as assigned
• High School diploma or equivalent required • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record • Ability to lift objects up to 35lbs and execute precise work in limited spaces • Computer technology experience – Email, Excel, Word, Google Applications, Cell Apps • Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need • Mechanically inclined • Ability to use hand tools • Professional attitude and self-motivated/directed • Documented time management, communication skills, decision-making, interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals • Strong business acumen and customer focused • Strong negotiating skills and results-oriented • Ability to manage and measure work as well as planning • Energetic and passionate and able to influence others • Should demonstrate Diversey's values
