• Optimy.ai is seeking a dynamic and organized individual as an Account Coordinator. • Manage client accounts, coordinate projects, and ensure success of our e-commerce platform. • Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients. • Take ownership of client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions. • Spearhead introductory calls with new clients, and serve as primary point of contact. • Craft personalized onboarding plans, guiding clients through the process. • Collaborate closely to orchestrate effective training sessions. • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, offering insights. • Participate in quarterly reviews, addressing concerns and exploring opportunities. • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. • Demonstrate understanding of clients' unique challenges and propose innovative solutions. • Display a passion for process improvement and product enhancement.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience as a Client Service Representative. • Fluency in French is an asset. • Demonstrated proficiency in effective phone communication and exceptional active listening skills. • Proficiency with CRM systems and practices. • Customer-focused mindset and adaptability to effectively respond to diverse customer needs and preferences, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management. • Demonstrated experience thriving in an Agile, fast-paced environment. • Enthusiastic about learning and embracing new technologies. • Capable of leveraging your expertise to contribute meaningfully to your team, actively participating in refining best practices. • Possess strong independent work ethic and self-motivation, exhibiting proactive initiative.
