Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, recruiter relationships, candidate screening, and offer negotiations. • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees. • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation management. • Manage HR and payroll systems for employees in the U.S. and Mexico, and identifying new systems as needed. • Provide executive-level support by managing calendars, schedules, meetings, and preparation. • Create polished meeting materials and presentations with a commitment to detail. • Act as a single point of contact for clients when necessary, maintaining professional and personable communication. • Plan and execute international off-site events, including logistics and coordination. • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring they are completed on time and align with company objectives. • Uphold MoXi’s commitment to “surprise and delight” in every interaction—whether with clients, partners, or internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recent administrative, HR, or business support experience in the U.S. mortgage industry. • Proven ability to manage people, projects, or both. • A track record of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. • Strong skills in coordinating off-site events, managing projects, and meeting deadlines. • Familiarity with working across borders, particularly with vendors and partners in Mexico. • Flawless written and spoken English, with bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) highly preferred. • An impeccable compliance record and a commitment to the highest ethical standards. • Confidence in leveraging technology and working in a paperless environment.
