• Job Title: Marketing Virtual Assistant (Home Care) • We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our Home Care business. • The ideal candidate will have strong advertising expertise and a passion for connecting with target audiences. • This role is fully remote and requires a self-motivated individual capable of managing diverse marketing tasks. • Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective online and offline advertising strategies to promote our Home Care services. • Manage and optimize social media accounts to engage audiences and generate leads. • Create compelling marketing materials, including graphics, blog posts, and newsletters. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns. • Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote working environment. • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
