β’ Contact potential clients to discuss life insurance needs and recommend life insurance policies (warm-calls, leads are provided). β’ Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums to clients and answer any questions they may have. β’ Provide excellent customer service. β’ Complete applications for new clients. β’ Assist Underwriters in obtaining required information from new applicants. β’ Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
β’ Must be willing to obtain a license to sell insurance in your state within one month of employment (50% of the licensing cost will be covered by American Income Life). β’ Must have a working computer with a camera that is compatible with Zoom, internet access, and a cell phone. β’ Willing to learn through our industry-leading training program. β’ Proficiency with computer software applications including Microsoft Office. β’ Someone dependable, organized, and driven - who works well individually and as a team member. β’ Excellent communication skills β’ Basic computer knowledge β’ Strong work ethic β’ Outgoing, fun & energetic with a positive attitude β’ Time management and organization skills β’ Pass a criminal background check
