Description

•A National Account Manager with Verus Mortgage Capital nurtures existing client relationships and generates new business. •Responsibilities include maintaining accounts and identifying prospective clients in the wholesale market. •You will seek new partnerships, engage potential clients, and present non-Agency mortgage products. •Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is key to attracting new business. •Articulating our products' value and showcasing strengths expands market presence. •As an account manager, you drive growth and contribute to acquiring new clients in the non-Agency wholesale sector.

Requirements

•High school diploma, bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred •Relevant experience in mortgage sales, particularly in Non-Agency lending, is crucial. •Staying updated on market trends and building relationships within the industry are valuable assets for this role •Average monthly funded Non-Agency volume of $2m •Strong communication and negotiation skills •Ability to thrive in a production-driven environment •Knowledge of the mortgage industry regulations •A proven track record in sales is required. •Active Broker Connections •Customer service focused •Detail oriented •Be a team player •Computer/Technology savvy •Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer •Ability to lift 15lbs at times
