Requirements

•5+ years of direct responsibility for their own territory with proven sales results •External wholesaling experience, including a solid working knowledge of the major Wirehouses and IBDs •A proven system of engagement rigour / sales discipline that has consistently translated into new business success in products spanning equities, fixed income and alternatives is essential. •Robust existing network of contacts and strong institutional experience, including applicable conference circuit (Public, E&F, SFOs) •Proven ability to confidently communicate and be an advocate for GMO’s broad investment strategies across a wide range of intermediary clients •Outstanding communication (written and oral), presentation and interpersonal skills •In-depth understanding about financial markets and the ability to clearly discuss investment techniques, strategies and concepts including fixed income, equities and alternatives •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail •Bachelor’s Degree •CFA a plus •Will be required to pass Series 63, 7 and 3, within specified time frame
