• Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Build new client relationships • Expand the Strategic Business Unit’s (SBU) market presence • Secure new accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives • Act as liaison between the SBU, the client facility’s staff, and the internal team • Maintain client contacts lists and networks • Monitor market conditions and activities of competitive firms • Work with departmental leaders for creative solutions • Develop and implement strategic plans
• Three years of sales and management experience, preferably in Life Sciences staffing and/or consulting services • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers • Affect or change others' positions and opinions • Reach mutually satisfying agreements and compromises • Present self as a positive representative of the organization • Establish rapport and maintain mutually productive relationships • Engage effectively in dialogue
