• Ability to partner with and support End Customers and Channel Account Managers • Knowledge of key UC platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet • Deep knowledge of the Video Ecosystem and solution creation • Ability to create Technical Enablement literature • Understanding of Management Platforms for Collaboration devices • Expert communicator for various technical knowledge levels • Maintain a working UC environment for testing and demonstration • Establish trusted advisory relationships with customers and internal business • Document client interactions and issue escalations in detail • Develop and deliver technical enablement modules, presentations, and demos
Requirements
• Experience of Networking essentials • 8 years’ experience at a Video collaboration manufacturer • 8 Years of working with the Collaboration industry • Certifications in Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms • History in voice deployments • Detailed knowledge of SIP video environments • History in working with AV Design and complex rollouts • Knowledge on remote management methodologies • Firm grasp of USB principles
