Description
• Drive respiratory patient census growth • Oversee and optimize clinical outcomes programs • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations • Foster strategic partnerships with stakeholders • Innovate clinical operations for improved efficiency and outcomes • Provide strategic direction for departmental operations • Maintain quality of care and compliance standards • Develop and deliver education and training programs
Requirements
• High school diploma • Healthcare license (RT/RN) • Two years in a medical/insurance/healthcare leadership role • Associate’s degree or higher (preferred) • Home medical equipment experience (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
