β€’ Fully remote position β€’ Manage medical orders and coordinate with healthcare providers β€’ Ensure patients have access to necessary medical equipment β€’ Handle inbound/outbound calls β€’ Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations β€’ Document patient records accurately and maintain privacy β€’ Assist with payment information and arrangements

Requirements

β€’ High School diploma or GED equivalent β€’ 2+ years' experience with patient data entry into EMR in a healthcare setting β€’ Outstanding communication skills β€’ Exceptional problem-solving abilities β€’ Passion for service β€’ Current or previous CNA license, HHA certification or similar qualification in a related field (preferred) β€’ Call Center experience (preferred) β€’ Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) (preferred)
