Description
• Fully remote position • Manage medical orders and coordinate with healthcare providers • Ensure patients have access to necessary medical equipment • Handle inbound/outbound calls • Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations • Document patient records accurately and maintain privacy • Assist with payment information and arrangements
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalent • 2+ years' experience with patient data entry into EMR in a healthcare setting • Outstanding communication skills • Exceptional problem-solving abilities • Passion for service • Current or previous CNA license, HHA certification or similar qualification in a related field (preferred) • Call Center experience (preferred) • Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) (preferred)
