• We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Supervisor based in the Philippines who will focus on recruiting talent in the United States for USA-based businesses. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing the production of a recruiting team while also handling a few high-level searches themselves. • A proven track record of filling in-person roles in the United States is essential. • You will work independently and with our existing team to actively pool, recruit, and vet managers for location-based service businesses in the United States. • You must be able to learn and adhere to our well-defined recruiting process while also bringing your own expertise to improve outcomes. • You will be working remotely for a US-based business with US-based clients, and you will be part of a team working primarily in the United States. • This is a full-time role and requires you to commit all of your working time to this position and company. • Job Responsibilities: • Oversee the production and performance of a recruiting team • Review and understand the requirements of job roles from our clients • Utilize tools to generate talent lead lists, perform cold outreach, and generate interest in active job openings from our clients • Screen candidates based on resumes, applications, and interviews • Identify red flags and issues with potential candidates, removing them from the pool • Develop an eye for good talent while aligning their expertise with job roles from our clients • Formulate talent recaps and recommendations to present to our clients • Maintain accountability for making strong recommendations to our clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on filling in-person roles in the United States (5+ years in recruiting, 2+ years in recruiting supervision/management) • Experience overseeing a team of recruiters and ensuring their productivity and success • Strong proficiency in generating talent lead lists, cold outreach, and candidate screening • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to identify red flags and make informed decisions about candidate suitability • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to adhere to a well-defined recruiting process while bringing your own expertise to improve outcomes • Commitment to full-time remote work for a US-based business with US-based clients
