• Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for our next Lead Privacy Program Manager with strong technical expertise to help manage DSRs, cookies, ROPAs, privacy assessments, vendor management, and AI governance. • This role requires collaboration with IT, product, engineering, legal, and procurement to ensure compliance with global data privacy laws and emerging AI regulations. • Lead automated and compliant processes for DSARs and cookie management. • Own and maintain the company’s Records of Processing Activities (ROPA). • Manage vendor privacy compliance processes to mitigate vendor-related privacy risks effectively. • Apply extensive experience in both B2C and B2B privacy contexts to develop and execute tailored strategies.

Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of privacy program management experience with significant impact in B2C and B2B environments. • Strong understanding of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CPRA) and AI governance. • Demonstrated expertise in managing DSARs, ROPA, cookies, privacy assessments, and vendor relationships. • Proficient in privacy management tools such as Transcend and DataGrail, and web tracking technologies (cookies, pixels). • Strong decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees and clients on specialized privacy topics. • Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) required.
