Description

• Assist customers with loan operations via call center • Respond to incoming calls and emails • Transfer calls to the appropriate department • Support order processing and form compilation • Escalate critical issues to supervisors • Participate in training to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of related experience • Possess reliable high-speed internet • Possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Possess prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration (preferred) • Possess the ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently (preferred)
