• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Must have extensive experience in a senior finance role within the advertising and marketing industry. • Proven track record of managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Demonstrated ability of driving financial performance and growth. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across the organization. • Ability to handle projects with multiple workstreams and multiple stakeholders. • Experience with financial systems and tools especially Netsuite and Adaptive. Salesforce experience also a plus. • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and US GAAP.
