Description

• Responsible for developing modern marketing programs that deliver meaningful business outcomes in B2B manufacturing • Focuses on generating marketing-sourced pipeline revenue for clients • Shift from high-level consulting to tactical execution in paid social and search campaigns • Lead discovery workshops with potential clients and develop marketing road maps • Provide guidance to creative teams for ads, landing pages, and experiences • Identify key insights that guide decisions and report them to clients • Collaborate with team to resolve issues and define processes

Requirements

• Has a minimum of one year of experience working in a strategic marketing role • Has experience running demand generation campaigns • Knows how to develop full-scale marketing programs leveraging digital channels to drive leads and, ultimately, revenue • Isn’t afraid of collaborating with C-level executives to understand the client’s business, to develop marketing strategies, to fix problems as they come up and to ensure the leadership team understands the impact of our efforts • Has a high level of tenacity and can have tough conversations with clients and team members • Is a confident multitasker and can evaluate priorities with an attention to detail • Is a motivated self-starter who may not always have all of the information to get the job done but will figure it out • Has an analytical mind and isn’t afraid of uncovering and interpreting data (from HubSpot, Salesforce, Analytics and more) to reveal insights that drive decision-making • Is empathetic and understanding in interactions with clients and internal team members and communicates in a way that both can understand
