Description
• Research, test, configure, provision and maintain equipment for GPC’s voice networks • Provide 24 x 7 on-call support for voice-related issues • Develop an Engineering project plan for updates, cutovers, or installs • Ensure switch CDR collection and SS7/Sigtran collectors are functioning • Ensure network availability of 99.5% of scheduled up-time • Advises and communicates with Carrier and Wholesale department
Requirements
• Undergraduate college or university degree or equivalent • Ribbon or Metaswitch certifications preferred • 3 to 5 years of Telephony Operations experience
