β’ As the leader in our market, we are looking for a proven, high-energy, success-driven Strategic Account Director who will accelerate growth. β’ In this role, you will manage the strategy for enterprise accounts within the passenger services sector, leveraging your experience with senior executives to strengthen existing relationships, forge new partnerships, and serve as a trusted business partner. β’ By working closely with customers, you will gain a deep understanding of their unique challenges and objectives, championing the innovative capabilities of our products and solutions to drive productivity, collaboration, and mobility across their organizations. β’ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned regional territories. β’ Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the passenger services industry. β’ Implement cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue from existing customers. β’ Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure the alignment of customer needs with product capabilities. β’ Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new business development. β’ Proactively identify and address customer concerns to prevent churn and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. β’ Lead negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise-level customers. β’ Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
β’ 10+ years of experience with quota-carrying SaaS sales or account management in a B2B software company. β’ Bachelor's degree in Business or related field β’ Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly within the passenger services or transportation industry. β’ Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and experience selling complex, integrated solutions. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Ability to travel within assigned territories as needed.
