β€’ Grafana Labs is seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our Velocity Sales team as a Velocity Account Executive. β€’ This team operates within our self-serve group, focusing on new business acquisition within our product led growth (PLG) segment. β€’ We’re looking for a high-performing, ambitious individual eager to step into an early-stage sales role with the opportunity to make a direct impact. β€’ If you’re passionate about observability, PLG, and building scalable sales strategies, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of Grafana Cloud and accelerate your career in a high-growth environment. β€’ Spearhead the growth & adoption of Grafana Cloud by converting our month-to-month customers into long-term, high-value annual contracts. β€’ Own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals, ensuring customer success along the way. β€’ Leverage data-driven insights to proactively engage customers and position the long-term value of Grafana cloud. β€’ Expertly convey the value of Grafana Cloud and differentiation between our Self-Serve and Contracted options. β€’ Partner with cross functional teams to refine messaging, improve product, and enhance the customer journey. β€’ Shape the future of the team by contributing best practices, sales playbooks, and process improvements as we build. β€’ Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests. β€’ Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 1+ years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets in a competitive environment β€’ Results driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive deals forward, and deliver measurable results β€’ Excellent communication skills across all channels (in person, online, in writing) with the ability to build strong working relationships both in person and virtually β€’ Strong interest in observability, PLG, and technical sales β€’ Self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments where innovation and execution matter β€’ Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Quoting tools, and Zoominfo is preferred β€’ Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies is ideal
