📋 Description
• Design, build, and maintain the automated infrastructure that powers marketing operations • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot data integrity issues across multiple systems • Build and maintain reporting tables, analyze marketing performance, and provide insights • Work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to maintain and optimize data workflows • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing complex challenges • Demonstrated curiosity about AI and its potential applications in marketing operations
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7+ years experience in marketing operations • Experience building tables from disparate data sources for downstream use, reporting and analyzing data • Strong understanding of data synchronization across systems like Salesforce, Customer.io, Workato, FiveTran, and analytics tools • Advanced experience managing marketing-related Salesforce objects • Ability to troubleshoot complex data flows and solve ambiguous problems • Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to aligning stakeholders
