β’ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Practice group. β’ Involve in pre-sales, preliminary engineering assessments, machine risk assessments, and proposal development. β’ Responsible for Client Experience, Pricing, Marketing, and technical guidance on execution of Work. β’ Create comprehensive proposals based on client win strategies. β’ Effectively present proposals and customer solutions. β’ Collaborate with quality department and Practice group.
β’ B.Sc. Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or Related Engineering Degree and/or Technology Diploma/Certification. β’ Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a team-based environment, account management, and sales functions. β’ Strong knowledge of a sales process, engineering design principles and processes relating to machine safety. β’ Involvement in Machine Safety facet of automation projects. β’ Knowledge in project management, strategic pricing, and business strategy development. β’ Strong mentorship and communication skills. β’ Customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering an excellent client experience. β’ Adaptable, organized, and results driven.
