Description

• The Per Diem Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting both educators and the sales team by demonstrating Great Minds solutions and fostering new relationships with prospective schools and districts. • This role plays a vital part in ensuring the sales team have the resources and guidance they need to succeed. • Assist the local sales team with prospecting activities, including site visits, local events, and product demonstrations. • Build and maintain relationships with educators in pilot programs and strategic accounts to ensure smooth implementation of solutions. • Prospect for new schools and districts, gaining an understanding of their needs and recommending suitable products. • Conduct web-based and on-site product demonstrations, showcasing the value and effectiveness of Great Minds Products. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in districts preferably in district leadership roles. • Strong understanding of HQIM and RBIS preferred. • Strong understanding of K-8 Texas state standards. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills to build trust with educators. • Deep connections within state of Texas education influencers. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, staying informed of education trends and policies. • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and completing tasks. • Effective decision-making, ownership, and accountability. • Proficient in Outlook, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and MS365.
