• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including sales contracts, strategic partnerships, and licensing agreements. • Provide practical, business-focused legal counsel to sales, partnerships, marketing, and product teams on contract structures, risk assessment, and deal execution. • Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships with enterprise customers. • Develop and implement efficient contracting processes to support scalable growth while mitigating risk. • Advise on intellectual property considerations in transactions, including licensing, ownership rights, and content collaborations. • Support go-to-market initiatives by ensuring that legal frameworks align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Stay ahead of legal developments in commercial, technology, and IP law, providing proactive guidance to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial transactions, preferably in-house or at a law firm, with a focus on sales contracts, partnerships, and IP • 1+ years of management experience • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive favorable outcomes in complex deal structures • Deep understanding of intellectual property principles and their application in commercial agreements • Business-minded approach with the ability to balance risk mitigation with growth objectives • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for business stakeholders • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
