📋 Description
• Responsible for managing and delivering joy to assigned accounts • Deeply understand and intuit the client’s needs and develop strategies to meet their business objectives • Lead the client and internal team to develop social media strategies • Work closely with all client team members • Serve as key partner and mentor to the client • Support intake and new business growth as needed • Build, lead and presents clients presentations, strategies and concepts • Ensure project alignment by defining roles • Oversee client paperwork • Conduct quarterly planning and review sessions with key clients/accounts • Develop and maintain annual, quarterly and monthly revenue forecasts
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, including client service at a creative agency and possibly brand marketing experience at large consumer brands. • Understanding of social media marketing (organic and paid) • Experience working with global client teams and partner agency teams • Entrepreneurial spirit • Proven experience generating revenue and account growth within existing accounts • Strong writing and communication skills • Self-motivated, eager to learn, a drive to succeed • Excellent communicator, skilled writer, extremely organized, professional demeanor • Ability to contribute in both a strategic and tactical capacity • Proven ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and team members • Intense desire to excel in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment • Ability to work with top-level executives • Demonstrate initiative; is proactive • Spreads joy
