📋 Description
• Exciting opportunity to join Baker Tilly as Senior Relationship Manager. • Manage clients and lead projects through NMTC financing process. • Critical thinking and project management skills required. • Must have 10+ years of relevant experience including NMTCs and community development finance.
🎯 Requirements
• Ten+ years of commercial mid-market or CRE lending, structured finance and/or NMTC or subsidy related accounting. • Work experience with NMTCs or community development finance. • Willingness to travel to meetings, conferences, and events – Approximately 20 – 30% of time, typically short-duration travel. • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills. • Ability to provide exceptional client service and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding applicable strategies. • Understanding of financials, operating performance, proformas and budgets.
