📋 Description

• Senior Account Manager responsible for managing business relationships with key corporate clients • Improve efficiencies, create and administer travel policies, evaluate and implement technologies, and troubleshoot issues • Interact with senior executives and client’s Finance teams • Up to 30% out-of-town travel

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to both think and act strategically • Strong influencing skills to motivate direct and indirect teams • Demonstrated problem-solving ability • Strong analytical skills • Project management skills • Presentation skills • Superior organization, written, and verbal skills • Ability to work independently • Proficiency in Microsoft - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent problem-solving skills • Thorough knowledge of the business travel, airline, and hospitality industries • Team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment • Minimum five years of corporate travel agency experience • Conduct complex interpersonal interactions, troubleshoot, solve problems, make decisions, operate independently, and work effectively under pressure • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Speak, read, and write English • Lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for U.S.
