📋 Description
• Responsible for day-to-day business relationships between Direct Travel and key corporate clients • Strives to improve efficiencies, create travel policies, evaluate technologies, and troubleshoot issues • Requires up to 30% of out-of-town travel • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders beyond travel and procurement • Provide formal analysis, commentary, and recommendation on client’s travel expenditure • Monitor online booking tool performance to increase adoption • Stays abreast of industry trends and process improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum five years of corporate travel agency experience • Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically • Strong influencing skills • Demonstrated problem-solving ability • Strong analytical skills • Project management skills • Presentation skills • Superior organization, written and verbal skills • Ability to work independently • Proficiency in Microsoft - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent problem-solving skills
